【摘要】 目的探讨分析康复治疗在不同年龄组出血性脑卒中患者中的临床效果。方法对2014年5月~2015年5月我院收住的91例出血性脑卒中患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,依据患者年龄不同将其分为老年组(≥60岁)和中青年组(<60岁),均给予相同康复治疗方案,分析比较2组患者康复治疗效果。结果 2组患者康复治疗后Fugl-Meyer、Barthel评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05);但中青年组患者康复治疗后评分均优于老年组(P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长,患者康复效果越差。应根据患者年龄,给予针对性康复治疗和护理措施,以改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy in patients with hemorrhagic stroke in different age groups. Methods 91 cases of patients with hemorrhagic stroke from May 2014 to May 2015 received in our hospital,their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Depending on the age of the patients,they were divided into the elderly group(≥ 60 years old)and young group(< 60 years old). All patients were given the same rehabilitation programs,compared two groups of patients for the rehabilitation therapeutic effect. Results The scores of Barthel and Fugl-Meyer in the 2 groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),but the score of rehabilitation in the young group was better than that in the old group(P < 0.05). Conclusion With age order,the effect of the rehabilitation of patients is worse. According to the age of patients,the rehabilitation therapy and nursing measures should be given to improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
