【摘要】 目的探究后侧入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果及影响因素。方法择取我院2012年1月~2014年10月收治的30例胫骨平台后柱骨折患者作为本次的研究对象,所有患者均行后侧入路手术治疗,分析其治疗效果与相关的影响因素。结果所有患者术后即刻、术后6个月、术后12个月的胫骨平台内翻角度、内侧平台后倾角、外侧平台后倾角恢复差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胫骨平台后柱骨折患者给予后侧入路手术治疗的临床疗效良好,术后患者的膝关节功能恢复较佳,未出现严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the posterior approach treatment of the clinical effect of tibial plateau and its influence factors. Methods Picking 30 patients with routine posterior column fracture of tibial plateau as the research object in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014,all patients underwent surgical treatment back into the road and analyzed the treatment effect and the related influencing factors. Results All patients of immediate,after 6 months,12 months after operation,medial tibial plateau varus angle platform inclination angle, the lateral platform after recovery difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion For patients with posterior column fracture of tibial plateau for back into the way of surgical treatment of clinical curative effect is good. The knee function recovery of the patients after operation was better and the patients without serious complications.更多还原
