【摘要】 目的对心内科老年住院患者的护理安全隐患进行研究分析,提供可靠的护理措施。方法心内科老年患者的临床护理安全隐患主要包括主观和客观因素两类,主要风险事件有跌倒、猝死、误吸、药物服用错误等。根据患者的风险事件进行风险评估,对高危群体进行关注,查漏补缺。结果 2013年,我院整年都没有出现误吸、坠床、用药错误等风险事件,有1例跌倒患者,损伤较轻。结论从制度和意识两个方面完善心内科老年住院患者的临床护理风险预防措施,能够有效的降低患者住院风险发生几率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the nursing safety hazards of the elderly inpatients in Department of Cardiology,and provide reliable nursing measures. Methods The clinical nursing safety hazards in the elderly patients in the Department of Cardiology mainly included two kinds of subjective and objective factors. The main risk events were falls,sudden death,aspiration,drug taking and so on. According to the patients with these risk events we conducted risk assessment. Results In 2013,did not appear to be a mistake for the whole year including dropping bed,medication errors and other risk events. There was 1 cases of falls, the injury was light. Conclusion From the two aspects of system and consciousness to improve the clinical nursing risk prevention measures, can effectively reduce the risk of hospitalization risk.更多还原
