【摘要】 目的右美托咪定辅舒芬太尼用于全麻患者的术后效果观察。方法随机抽取2011年2月~2014年2月行腹部手术且自愿采用自控式镇痛的患者共计90例,随机分成观察组与对照组各45例,对照组采用生理盐水、舒芬太尼与止吐药共同静脉自控镇痛泵进行镇痛;观察组采用给予右美托咪定、舒芬太尼与止吐药共同静脉自控镇痛泵进行镇痛。结果观察组的镇痛效果好于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定辅舒芬太尼用于全麻患者的术后镇痛效果好于仅用舒芬太尼的镇痛效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observed the postoperative effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil used in general anesthesia patients. Methods A total of 90 cases with abdominal surgery were choosed randomly from February 2011 to February 2014 and they all voluntary accepted Self-control type analgesia,randomly divided into observation group and control group. 45 patients in the control group with normal saline,sufentanil and anti-nausea drug common vein analgesia self-control analgesia pump. Observation group given right beauty microphones,sufentanil and anti-nausea drug intravenous analgesia self-control analgesia pump. Results The analgesia effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group,the differences between the groups with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for general anesthesia patients’ postoperative analgesia effect is better than that only using the analgesic effect of sufentanil.更多还原
