【摘要】 目的分析瑞格列奈与地特胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法随机抽取45例2型糖尿病患者,均采取瑞格列奈与地特胰岛素联合治疗。结果患者治疗后FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1C较治疗前降低,P<0.05。患者治疗前后BMI比较,P>0.05。45例患者中仅1例轻微低血糖反应。结论瑞格列奈联合地特胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病效果佳,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze effect of the repaglinide combined with insulin detemir for type 2 diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 45 cases of type 2 diabetes were taking repaglinide combination therapy with insulin detemir. Results The patients FBG,2 h PBG,Hb A1 C compared with before treatment reduced,P < 0.05. BMI compared before and after treatment,P > 0.05. 45 patients,only one case of mild hypoglycemia.
