【摘要】 目的观察保肝II号水丸结合小剂量肾上腺皮质激素治疗自身免疫性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将22例自身免疫性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各11例。3个月为一疗程进行分析。结果治疗组的症状体征、肝功能、免疫功能指标改善,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,且无不良反应。结论保肝II号水丸结合小剂量肾上腺皮质激素治疗自身免疫性肝炎疗效好,有免疫抑制治疗的优点而无免疫抑制治疗的严重副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the liver II No. pill combination of low-dose adrenocorticotropic hormone treatment of autoimmune hepatitis clinical efficacy. Methods 22 cases of patients with autoimmune hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 11 cases. 3 months for a course of treatment for analysis. Results The treatment group of symptoms and signs, liver function, immune function parameters were significantly improved, no significant difference compared with the control group, and no adverse reactions. Conclusion Liver II No. pill combination of low-dose adrenocorticotropic hormone treatment of autoimmune hepatitis effect is significant, there are advantages of immunosuppressive therapy without serious side-effects of immune suppression therapy.更多还原
