【摘要】 目的分析2型糖尿病通过西格列汀和二甲双胍治疗的效果。方法研究我院2014年3月~2015年3月接诊的80例2型糖尿病患者,分为对照组和观察组各40例,其中对照组采用二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上联合西格列汀治疗,而后分析两组患者在治疗的各效果指标差异。结果在糖化血红蛋白、餐后血糖与空腹血糖的改善情况上,观察组均低于对照组;在治疗不良反应上,观察组为7.5%,对照组为10%。结论 2型糖尿病通过西格列汀和二甲双胍治疗可以达到更有效地血糖控制情况,同时不会提升治疗的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy of metformin and sitagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,80 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into control group and observation group 40 cases,in which the control group with metformin,the observation group were based in joint sitagliptin,then analyzed the effect of two groups of patients in each treatment index difference. Results The improvement in glycated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose and postprandial glucose,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,in the treatment of adverse reactions was 7.5% in the observation group,the control group was 10%. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes through sitagliptin and metformin therapy can achieve more effective glycemic control,while not improve adverse treatment.更多还原
