【摘要】 目的分析研究新生儿重症监护中心感染菌群分布特征,并对其相关因素进行分析。方法选取140例重症监护中心感染新生儿进行研究,所有患儿均行药敏实验、血常规检查、痰培养、眼分泌物检查等,分析检查结果,并利用统计学对感染高危因素进行分析。结果导致新生儿重症监护中心感染现象发生的主要高危因素为气管插管、侵入性操作、基础疾病、医源性传播、极低体重儿等。本组140例患儿中共分离出204株病原菌,其中分泌菌株最高者为痰液,其次为血液。204株病原菌中革兰阴性杆菌152株,对亚胺培南、哌拉西林等有较高的敏感性;另52株病原菌为革兰阳性球菌,对第三类头孢菌素类抗生素、氨苄西林等则具有较强的耐药性。结论导致新生儿重症监护中心感染现象发生的高危因素有多种,及时了解其菌群分布特征,并及时采取有效措施进行处理,能够减少院内感染现象发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of the infection in the neonatal intensive care center,and analyze the related factors. Methods 140 patients in ICU infection in neonates were studied. All patients underwent drug sensitivity test,blood routine examination, sputum culture,eye secretion examination. Then to analyze the test results,and using the statistical analysis analyze high risk factors for infection. Results The main risk factors of neonatal intensive care center were tracheal intubation,invasive operation,basic diseases,iatrogenic transmission,extremely low birth weight infants and so on. This group of 140 patients were isolated from 204 strains of pathogenic bacteria, including strains had the highest sputum secretion,followed by blood. 204 strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from the leather of gram negative bacilli in 152 strains and to imipenem and piperacillin higher sensitivity. Another 52 strains of pathogenic bacteria is gram positive cocci,on the third cephalosporin antibiotics and ampicillin has strong resistance. Conclusion The high risk factors of neonatal intensive care center are Variety,and the distribution characteristics of the bacteria in a timely manner,and to take effective measures to deal with,can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.更多还原
