【摘要】 目的观察穴位贴敷结合督灸治疗外科术后腹胀的疗效。方法选择125例外科手术术后出现腹胀的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用穴位贴敷结合督灸治疗,对照组单纯采用穴位贴敷治疗,比较24 h内两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组相比较治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷结合督灸治疗能促进手术后腹胀病人在短时间内排气和排便,能有效缓解外科手术术后出现的腹胀症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with du moxibustion in the treatment of postoperative abdominal distension. Methods 125 patients with abdominal distension after surgical operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint application combined with moxibustion therapy,the control group was treated with acupoint application,to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients in 24 h. Results The treatment group and the control group were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with du moxibustion therapy can promote the operation of abdominal distension patients in a short time and defecation,can effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal distension after surgical operation.更多还原
