【摘要】 目的分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床效果。方法选取我院于2013年4月~2014年4月收治冠心病患者98例作为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同,分为对照组(n=49例)和观察组(n=49例),对照组常规给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%,对照组总有效率为79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.08%,对照组不良反应发生率为10.20%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论冠心病采取曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果显著,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with qumei trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods chose 98 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 who were selected as the research object,according to the different treatment methods,divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(n=49 cases),control group received trimetazidine treatment,observation group on the basis of the combination of atorvastatin statin therapy observed clinical effect were compared between the two groups.
