【摘要】 目的探讨前后联合入路内固定术应用于复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2010年6月~2014年10月收治的复杂胫骨平台性骨折患者共60例,按照临床治疗方法不同,将本次研究所有收录患者分为观察组及对照组,每组各30例患者。对照组患者均应用临床常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者则应用前正中纵行切口联合膝后内或后外侧切口进行手术内固定方法进行治疗,对比上述两组患者的临床治疗效果进行探究与讨论。结果观察组30例患者中,经临床治疗显效患者19例,经临床治疗有效患者10例,其临床治疗有效率高达96.67%;相比较对照组30例患者中,经临床治疗显效患者14例,经临床治疗有效患者8例,其临床治疗有效率为73.33%。即观察组患者的临床治疗效果优于对照组患者的临床治疗效果。结论对观察组患者应用前后联合入路内固定术进行治疗,其临床治疗效果优于对照组患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Before and after the joint in the internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods Our hospital from June 2010 to October 2014,a total of 60 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures,according to the different clinical treatment,include the study of all patients were divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group. Control group patients were used treatment in clinical routine treatment,the observation group received before the application,a longitudinal incision in the middle of joint after knee surgery or posterolateral incision in internal fixation method for treatment,compared the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients,to explore and discuss. Results The observation group of 30 cases of patients, the clinical treatment of patients 19 cases were markedly effective,10 patients with the effective clinical treatment,the clinical treatment efficiency was as high as 96.67%,compared with the control group of 30 cases,the clinical treatment of 14 cases of patients were markedly effective,8 patients with the effective clinical treatment,the clinical effective rate was 73.33%. The observation group of patients with clinical treatment effect was significantly better than the control group patients. Conclusion The observation group patients before and after the joint approach and internal fixation for treatment,patients with the clinical treatment effect is significantly better than the control group.更多还原
