【摘要】 目的分析心理护理干预对MARS人工肝治疗慢性肝衰竭的效果影响。方法回顾性选取2010年12月~2014年12月我院收治的120例慢性肝衰竭患者,按治疗方法分成两组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组患者予心理护理干预,对比两组治疗前后焦虑评分、Apgar问卷评分及各项生化指标评价效果。结果研究组焦虑评分低于对照组,家庭支持Apgar问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预对MARS人工肝治疗慢性肝衰竭具重要价值,可有效地改善患者负面心理及血液生化指标,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on chronic liver failure of MARS artificial liver treatment. Methods 120 patients with chronic liver failure in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2014 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing,the study group were treated with psychological nursing intervention. The scores of anxiety,Apgar score and the effect of biochemical index were compared between the two groups. Results Anxiety scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the family support Apgar questionnaire score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention on the MARS artificial liver treatment of chronic liver failure with important value,can effectively improve the negative psychological and blood biochemical indicator,promote the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
