【摘要】 目的探讨消化内科中经常发生的护理风险以及加强风险管理的重要性。方法本文选取我院于2014年4月~2015年4月收治的48例消化内科急性上消化道出血患者,将其随机分为护理组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理方式,护理组采用护理风险管理方式,对比两组患者实施管理后的风险发生率、护理满意度以及医疗纠纷发生率。结果护理组患者实施管理后的风险发生率为4.17%,对照组患者实施常规护理的风险发生率为29.17%,两组结果对比存在差异(P<0.05),且具有统计学意义。结论消化内科患者采用护理风险管理方式后,可以有效降低风险发生率,减少医疗纠纷事件的出现,使得护理人员可以不断提升自己的护理技能,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the digestive internal medicine nursing risks and strengthen the importance of risk management. Methods In this paper,from April 2014 to April 2015,48 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of digestive diseases were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group. Control group using conventional care,nursing group used nursing risk management mode, then compared two groups’ nursing satisfaction, and the incidence of medical disputes. Results Nursing group patients after implementation of the nursing risk management,risk rate was 4.17%, the control group patients with routine nursing,risk rate was 29.17%, the differences between the results of two groups with statistical significance(P < 0.05).
