【摘要】 目的探究行为护理对脑梗死运动功能障碍患者的康复效果影响。方法资料选取本院2014年8月~2015年8月收治的脑梗死100例患者进行回顾性分析,根据护理时所用方案分成两组,对照组40例患者行常规护理,观察组60例患者予以行为护理,对比护理前后患者恢复及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗后FMA、MBI评分高于对照组,且观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为护理对脑梗死运动功能障碍患者的康复效果有积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of behavior nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to nursing care,the control group was treated with routine nursing(n=40),the observation group was treated with 60 cases,the patients were treated by behavior nursing,and the patients were treated with nursing care. Results After treatment,the FMA and MBI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Behavior nursing has positive influence on the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction.更多还原
