【摘要】 目的分析探究小儿区域麻醉中氯胺酮和芬太尼的应用。方法分析我院2010年7月~2014年7月收治的296例区域麻醉患儿的临床资料,按照麻醉药的不同,将296例患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各148例。观察组患儿采用氯胺酮+芬太尼麻醉,对照组患儿采用单纯的氯胺酮麻醉。分析比较两组患儿的心率、呼吸、平均动脉压、脉搏氧饱和度。结果观察组患儿的平均动脉压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度以及呼吸均好转、优于对照组;观察组患儿在临床治疗中,使用氯胺酮的量比较少、肌松效果好、唤醒时间短,且术后无较为严重的不良反应。结论氯胺酮+芬太尼麻醉的麻醉效果显著,适用于小儿区域麻醉的中小型手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of the application of ketamine and fentanyl in pediatric regional anesthesia. Methods A total of 296 children with regional anesthesia treated in our hospital from July 2010 July to 2014. According to the different anesthetics,the 296 children were divided into observation group and control group,each group was 148 cases. The observation group were treated with ketamine and fentanyl anesthesia,the control group was treated with ketamine anesthesia. The heart rate,respiration,mean arterial pressure,pulse oxygen saturation of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The mean arterial pressure,heart rate,pulse oxygen saturation and respiratory rate were significantly improved in the observation group,which was better than the control group,the observation group in the clinical treatment,the use of ketamine in the amount of less,muscle relaxation effect was good,the wake-up time was short,and no more serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The anesthesia effect of ketamine and fentanyl is remarkable,which is suitable for the small and medium operation of regional anesthesia in children.更多还原
