【摘要】 目的分析临床尿常规检验的影响因素。方法搜集本院2014年3月~2015年3月临床尿常规检验不合格标本75份,分析不合格原因,总结影响因素。结果 16份标本量过少,14份送检超时,14份标本污染,13份采集时间有误,9份标记错误,9份容器不合格,标本量过少、送检超时、标本污染所占比例较大(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论临床尿常规检验影响因素包括采集准备、标本采集、标本保存、标本检验等,应从各环节加强控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Influencing factors on clinical routine urine test are to be analyzed. Methods Collected 75 failed cases of routine urine test that were examined in hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 as study objects and then made an analysis on reasons for its failure and summarized influencing factors on clinical routine urine test. Results 16 specimens were of little amount,14 specimens were timeout,and 14 specimens were contaminated,collection time of 13 specimens were incorrect and 9 specimens were marked incorrectly and containers of 9 specimens are unqualified,little sample amount,submission timeout and contaminated samples make up a large proportion of collected cases(P < 0.05),and such a differential was quite obvious. Conclusion Influencing factors on clinical routine urine test including collection preparation,specimen collection,specimen preservation,and specimen test and so on,it is suggested to strengthen the control from all aspects.更多还原
