【摘要】 目的借助对临床病例的分析,探讨CT在肾结核诊断中的价值与方法。方法回顾性分析28例经手术病理证实或其它辅助检查及随访证实的肾结核患者CT表现。结果 28例肾结核根据病理状态的不同而变化,借助CT检测能够找准肾结核与其他肾病的区别。结论通过CT检测,能够发现患肾功能、破坏程度、肾积水、患肾外形、患肾周围等方面的情况,能够为临床治疗提供更多有价值的参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of CT scan in the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis through analysis of clinical cases. Methods 28 cases of renal tuberculosis diagnosed by means of pathology,laboratory test and follow-up and their CT manifestations were analyzed retrospectively. Results 28 cases of renal tuberculosis CT features varied due to the different pathological morphologies. With the aid of CT scans,the difference between the renal tuberculosis and other kidney diseases could be found out. Conclusion CT scan can reveal the function,damage extent,hydronephrosis,contour and surrounding structures of involved kidneys and provide more valuable information for clinical treatment and shohld be served as an useful tool for clinical diagnosis of renal tuberculosis.更多还原
