【摘要】 目的分析临时起搏器安装术的安置护理体会。方法选择30例安装临时心脏起搏器的患者作为本组的研究对象,并对患者在安装临时心脏起搏器时实施全面性护理对策。结果在30例安装临时心脏起搏器的患者中,除了2例患者因Ⅲ度房室传导受到阻滞而改用永久性心脏起搏器与2例因心搏骤停而抢救无效之外,其他26例患者皆能成功留置1~10 d的心脏起搏器,并且自主窦律得到恢复。结论对患者安装临时心脏起搏器时做好全面护理是确保手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the placement of a temporary pacemaker surgery Nursing. Methods A totalof 30 patients with a temporary pacemaker installed as the research object of this group,and comprehensive care for patients with countermeasures when installing a temporary pacemaker. Results In 30 patients,a temporary pacemaker installed,in addition to two cases of patients with Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block and switch to suffer permanent pacemaker and two cases due to cardiac arrest and died outside the other 26 patients have encountered success indwelling 1 ~ 10 days of pacemakers and independent sinus rhythm was restored. Conclusion Do comprehensive care when installing temporary pacemaker patients is key to ensuring the success of the operation.更多还原
