【摘要】 目的研究分析子宫肌瘤疾病使用超声诊断的应用效果和价值。方法根据我院2012~2014年接收的160例子宫肌瘤患者来进行研究分析,为患者使用经腹超声扫查,了解患者的子宫肌瘤声像情况,为提升诊断准确率提供参考。结果共有浆膜下肌瘤患者51例,粘膜下肌瘤患者36例,肌壁间肌瘤43例、壁间肌瘤合并浆膜下肌瘤30例,这些患者中的151例经过超声诊断确诊,临床诊断准确率是94.3%。结论超声诊断可以对子宫肌瘤的情况进行详细了解,确定其声像图特征,该诊断的局限性也还是存在的,需要将典型图像和临床进行结合,对一些相似的疾病进行区分和鉴别,使得到的结果更加准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and the value of applications using ultrasound diagnosis for uterine fibroid disease. Methods A total of 160 patients with uterine fibroids selected to conduct research and analysis,from 2012 to 2014,for patients using transabdominal ultrasound scanning,to understand the patient’s uterine fibroids pan,provided a reference for upgrading diagnostic accuracy. Results A total of 51 patients with subserosal fibroids,36 patients for submucosal fibroids,43 cases of intramural fibroids,intramural fibroids subserosal fibroids in 30 cases,151 cases diagnosed through ultrasound diagnosis,clinical diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.3%. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids can detailed understanding,determine its sonographic features,limitations of this diagnosis is also still there,and need to combine the typical clinical picture,distinction and identification of some similar diseases,the result can more accurate.更多还原
