【摘要】 目的研究缺血性脑卒中患者血糖水平与不良预后的相关性。方法入选我院急性缺血性脑卒中住院患者835例,采用回顾性分析方法,搜集患者的基线资料及实验室检查结果。结果 835例患者中残疾101例(12.09%),死亡20例(2.39%),复合结局者126例(15.09%)。残疾组和死亡组的入院血糖水平和升高率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,随着患者血糖水平的升高,缺血性脑卒中发生残疾、死亡及复合结局的风险增加;Logistic多因素回归分析显示,血糖水平与缺血性脑卒中不良结局的发生存在剂量相关性(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者入院时血糖升高会增加致残、死亡及符合结局的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between blood glucose level and ischemic stroke in patients with poor prognosis. Methods In our hospital,selected 835 hospitalized patients with acute cerebral ischemic,a retrospective analysis method,to collect baseline data and laboratory results of patients. Results In 835 cases,20 cases of death(2.39%),126 cases of composite outcomes(15.09%). The disabled group and death group admission blood glucose levels and increased rate were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Single factor analysis showed,with the elevated blood glucose levels in patients with ischemic stroke,risk of disability,death and the composite outcome increased,logistic regression analysis shows that,there were dose related adverse outcome of blood glucose levels and ischemic stroke(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ischemic stroke patients at admission hyperglycemia may increase the incidence of disability,death and meet the outcome.更多还原
