【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the interference effect of vitamin C on blood glucose testing. Methods 10 samples of healthy people were taken and detected their glucose. After that,the samples were added vitamin C and detected the glucose. The results were compared. Results The more concentration of vitamin C,the higher rate of interference. Conclusion Vitamin C can seriously interfere on blood glucose test results.更多还原
