【摘要】 目的探讨在贲门周围血管离断术基础上经腹应用吻合器行食管下端胃底切除术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年7月~2014年11月经腹应用吻合器行贲门周围血管离断与食管下端胃底切除术治疗门静脉高压症食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血的43例临床资料。结果 43例术后无肝性脑病发生,脾功能亢进消除,随访均未发生再出血,供肝血流增加。结论该手术术式近、远期疗效较好,在贲门周围血管离断术基础上应用吻合器行食管下端胃底切除术能提高疗效、减少并发症、降低死亡率。更多还原
