【摘要】 目的对尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑梗死患者的临床价值进行探讨分析。方法将我院收治的78例进展性脑梗死患者运用随机双盲法对其分组,分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例),对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者主要运用尤瑞克林治疗。结果观察组患者的CSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的BI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论治疗进展性脑梗死患者采取尤瑞克林,能够明显提高治疗有效率,改善神经功能缺损程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical value of Yuri Clinton for treatment of progressive cerebral infarction patients.Methods Our hospital 78 cases of progressive cerebral infarction patients by random double blind method on the packet,divided into the observation group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases),patients in the control group take routine treatment,patients in the observation group using Yuri Colin therapy.Results The group of patients with CSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);groups were observed the BI score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);to observe the total effective rate than the control group of patients in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction treatment progress take Yuri Kling,can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,improve the degree of neural function defect.更多还原
