【摘要】 目的观察心理护理措施在剖宫产产妇围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月~2015年3月在大庆市人民医院行剖宫产的82例产妇为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各41例,给予对照组产妇常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上强调心理护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组产妇术前、术后焦虑和抑郁评分比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组产妇术前、术后焦虑和抑郁评分比较差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论对剖宫产产妇在围手术期间采取有效的心理护理,将能大大缓解产妇心理焦虑与抑郁情况,提高手术质量,降低产后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of psychological care on perioperative cesarean section patients. Methods Eighty-two patients with cesarean section treated in daqing city people’s hospital from June 2014 to March 2015 were selected as objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different methods of nursing care,with 41 patients in each group. For patients in the control group,routine care was applied,while for patients in the observation group,psychological care was applied besides routine care. The nursing effects were observed. Results In the observation group,the anxiety and depression scales of pre-operation and post-operation were significantly difference,and it was statistically significant P<0.05. The anxiety and depression scales of pre-operation and post-operation for patients in control group didn’t show significant difference,and it was no statistically significant,P>0.05. Conclusion Effective psychological care for cesarean patients in the perioperative period will greatly ease maternal mental anxiety and depression,improve the quality of surgery,and reduce postpartum complications.更多还原
