【摘要】 目的分析总结中医治疗妇科慢性盆腔疼痛症的临床经验。方法选取我院2014年1~12月收治的80例慢性盆腔疼痛症患者,将其随机分为西医组和中医组,每组患者各40例。西医组患者采取常规西医方法治疗,中医组患者采用中药方剂治疗,一个疗程后,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果中医组治疗有效率是90%,西医组治疗有效率是80%。两组患者的治疗有效率差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中医治疗妇科慢性盆腔疼痛效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine treatment experience of the gynecologic chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014,randomly divided into western medicine group and Chinese medicine group. 40 cases in western medicine group with conventional western medicine treatment,the others in treatment group by traditional Chinese medicine formula,compared the clinical efficacies of two groups of patients after a period of treatment. Results The effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment group was 90%. The effectiveness of western medicine treatment group was 80%. There was efficient difference obvious between the two groups. It was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the gynecologic chronic pelvic pain syndrome has the very high clinical value,with remarkable effct.更多还原
