【摘要】 目的探讨右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼在结肠镜检查中的应用。方法选择我院行结肠镜检查的患者120例,随机分为三组,分别给予不同剂量右美托咪定,2分钟内缓慢静注。三组均给予瑞芬太尼的负荷量,随后改为维持量持续泵入,检查结束后停止输注。结果三组患者均顺利完成手术,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心动过缓的发生率Ⅲ组高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),恶心呕吐的发生率三组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度不同时间点比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼用于结肠镜检查,具有较好的镇痛镇静效果,患者血流动力学平稳,安全有效,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil in colonoscopy. Methods 120 cases of patients in our hospital for colonoscopy were given remifentanil,then changed to maintain the volume continued to pump into the infusion was stopped. Results Three patients were successfully completed surgery,there was significant difference between group I and group II,III group(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in group II and III group(P>0.05). The incidence of bradycardia group was significantly higher than that of group I and group II(P<0.05),the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the three groups had no difference(P>0.05). Three groups of patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate,respiratory frequency,blood oxygen saturation at different time points had not significant.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil for colonoscopy,the analgesic and sedative effect is good,the hemodynamics in patients is stable,safe and effective,and no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
