【摘要】 目的研究精神护理对老年病诱发的抑郁症患者的干预护理效果。方法选取来我院就诊的老年病诱发的抑郁症患者100例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,全部患者根据疾病的不同给予对症治疗,给予一般指导咨询及电话随访,共一个月,同时给予抗抑郁药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予精神护理。结果护理前,干预组与对照组抑郁自评量表评分差异无统计学意义(42.87±4.37)vs(45.66±5.21),P>0.05,护理后,干预组的抑郁评分低于对照组(34.27±3.55)vs(39.23±7.22),P<0.05。结论对于老年病诱发的抑郁症,给予精神护理可以减轻其抑郁症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of nursing intervention in patients with depression of mental nursing on senile disease. Methods 100 patients with depression were selected in our hospital for treatment of senile disease of patients,divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group,all the patients were given symptomatic treatment according to different diseases,giving general guidance counseling and telephone follow-up,a total of one month,while giving the antidepressant treatment,the observation group in the control mental nursing to give the group based. Results After nursing intervention group,depression score was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion For senile disease induced depression,the spirit of giving care can ease the symptoms of depression.更多还原
