【摘要】 目的对护理干预在社区慢性病患者中的应用进行分析,并研究其对社区慢性病患者生活质量的影响。方法将于2014年2月~2014年8月期间本社区负责管理的48例慢性病患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,观察两种护理方法对患者生活质量的影响进行分析对比。结果观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组,差异显著,治疗有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区慢性病患者采用护理干预有着显著的临床效果,能够大大提高患者的生活质量,对提高治疗依从性以及临床治疗效果具有十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze nursing intervention application in treatment of patients with chronic illness and study its impact on patients’ life quality. Methods Choose 48 chronic illness patients who are treated in community from February 2014 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; patients in control group are given conventional nursing,while patients in study group are given nursing intervention and then compare these two nursing intervention impacts on patients’ quality of life between two groups. Results Patients’ quality of life in study group is much more favorable than that in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention is of clinical efficacy in treatment of patients with chronic illness; it is conducive to improving patients’ quality of life,increasing patients’ compliance with treatment and promoting clinical treatment efficacy; thus,nursing intervention is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.更多还原
