【摘要】 目的探讨颊脂垫组织瓣在邻近口腔软组织缺损修复中的应用。方法 26例口腔内软组织缺损患者,在分离颊脂垫瓣后,植入邻近软组织缺损进行组织修复。结果本组病例中,颊脂垫瓣全部成活,3个月后全部粘膜化。结论颊脂垫组织瓣血运丰富,操作简单,成活率高,是修复其邻近软组织缺损的一种治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical applications of the buccal fat pad flap. Methods 26 cases with oral soft tissue defects were retrospectively reviewed. All defects were immediately restored by buccal fat pad flaps. Results All inserted fat grafts healed well without local necrosis. The naked buccal fat pads showed complete epithelialization with three months after surgery. Conclusion U sing the buccal fat pad for reconstruction is a safe and easy method to reconstruct oral defects.更多还原
