【摘要】 目的对手术室管理中的细节护理进行研究分析,探讨其使用效果。方法根据2013至2014年我院的112例择期手术患者来进行研究分析,将其分成对照组和观察组,对照组56例患者接受常规手术护理,观察组56例患者接受细节护理,对两组患者的临床护理情况进行比较分析。结果两组患者在器械准备、设备管理、消毒管理和护理安全几个方面的评分上,显示观察组较优秀,术后患者的SAS、SDS评分都有所降低,观察组的评分要比对照组低,观察组患者的护理满意度是94.6%,对照组是67.8%,且差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论细节护理对于临床护理质量具有较大的提升作用,患者术后的心理负面情绪得到了较大的改善,临床满意度比较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the detailed nursing management in operation room,and to explore its use effect. Methods According to the 112 cases of elective operation patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 to carry on the research analysis,divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group routine operation nursing of 56 patients undergoing,observation group of 56 patients who underwent detailed nursing,clinical nursing situation of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The two groups of patients in the preparation of instruments and equipment management,the management of disinfection and nursing safety aspects of the score,showed that the observation group is outstanding,in patients with postoperative SAS and SDS score were decreased,the observation group score lower than the control group,the observation group patients nursing satisfaction is 94.6%,the control group is 67.8%,and the difference was statistically difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed nursing can improve greatly in clinical nursing quality,psychological negative emotions of postoperative patients with improved clinical satisfaction is relatively high.更多还原
