【摘要】 目的探讨外周中心静脉置管(PICC)的应用及护理。方法对18例PICC置管患者的观察及临床护理进行回顾性分析。结果 18例患者中16例置管成功,未发生并发症,有2例病人出现机械性静脉炎,经过治疗恢复正常。结论采用PICC技术结合针对性护理,保护外周血管,避免反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦,保证各种药物及营养物质的供给,在临床中适应性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the applied and nursing of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter(PICC). Methods The retrospective analysis were be used to the clinical observation and nursing about the 18 cases of patients with PICC. Results There are 16 cases with no complications were successfully catheter in the 18 cases. The mechanical phlebitis were taken place in the other 2 cases,while recuperated them health from the treatment. Conclusion The technique of PICC combined with pointed nursing can protect the peripheral vascular and avoid the agony of repeater puncture. It can ensure the supply of all kinds of drugs and nutrients and widely used in clinical application.更多还原
