【摘要】 目的研究分析扩张性心肌病的心电图改变特点以及对临床诊断的价值。方法选择2010年1月~2014年8月我院收治的34例扩张性心肌病患者为观察组,同时选择34例健康人为对照组,比较两组QRS时限、Rv 5电压、QRS异常切迹发生率、ST-T改变率以及异常Q波发生率。结果观察组患者QRS时限较对照组增宽,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Rv5电压较对照组减低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者QRS异常切迹发生率、ST-T改变率以及异常Q波发生率均显著的高于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论扩张性心肌病的心电图改变以ST-T改变、QRS波异常改变为主要特征,常规心电图检查有助于扩张性心肌病的诊断,是一种简便、无创的检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis and research the electrocardiographic features of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)and the value of clinical diagnosis. Methods 34 cases patients with DCM from January 2010 to August 2014 in our hospital were choosed for observation group,34 cases healthy subjects were choosed for control group at the same time.To compared QRS duration,Rv5 voltage,incidence rates of abnormal notches of QRS wave,incidence rates of ST-T changes and incidence rates of abnormal Q wave. Results QRS duration of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Rv5 voltage of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). incidence rates of abnormal notches of QRS wave,ST-T changes and abnormal Q wave of observation group is higher than those of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The main electrocardiographic characteristics of patients with DCM were the change of ST-T and QRS wave,Routine ECG examination was helpful to the diagnosis of DCM. It was a kind of simple and noninvasive examination method.更多还原
