【摘要】 目的探讨开展优质护理服务示范病房的有效方法与效果。方法渗透优质服务理念、调整护理工作模式、落实基础护理、强化专科护理内涵、细化健康指导、完善绩效考核机制。结果通过实施优质护理服务示范病房,患者的满意度有原来的90.1%上升到99.8%,患者对健康知识知晓率由实施前的84%上升到95.6%,患者的无铃声接瓶率由原来的65%上升到84%,自实施以来,无投诉发生。结论开展优质护理服务示范病房可提升护理质量,确保护理安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the high quality nursing service demonstration ward of the effective methods and effect. Methods High quality service concept, adjust the nursing work mode, the implementation of the basic nursing, strengthening nurse connotation, refining the health guidance, improve the performance appraisal mechanism. Results Through the implementation of high quality nursing service demonstration ward, the patients’ satisfaction with the original 90.1% to 99.8%, patients on health knowledge awareness rose to 95.6% from 84% before the implementation, in patients with zero ring joint bottle rate from 65% to 65%, since the implementation of complain.
