【摘要】 本文从经济、环境和资源三个方面建立了绿色GDP评价指标体系,采用AHP法和变异系数法相结合确定评价指标权重,建立了城市绿色GDP评价的TOPSIS模型,并把该模型应用于济南近8年绿色GDP的综合评价,结果表明,济南市最近八年绿色GDP基本上保持在平稳发展水平,2005年最高,2006年最低,主要原因可能是2006年自然资源消耗和环境退化等造成的.更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluation index system of green GDP was established from three aspects of economy,environment and resources.The evaluation index weights was determined by using the AHP method and the variation coefficient method,and the TOPSIS model to evaluate urban green GDP was established which was applied in the comprehensive evaluation of green GDP in Jinan City nearly eight years.The results indicated that the green GDP in Jinan City basically maintained steady development level in recent eight years,and the level of green GDP was the highest in 2005,and the lowest in 2006.By comparison,the main reason is probably too much consumption of natural resources in 2006,which caused serious environmental degradation.更多还原
