基于磁敏电阻的齿轮转速传感器设计

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于磁敏电阻的齿轮转速传感器,该传感器利用磁阻效应原理制成,对铁磁性齿轮的转速进行测量.对不同转速的铁磁性齿轮进行转速测量实验.实验结果表明,在0~150 Hz的频率范围内,转速传感器工作状态稳定;在测试距离5 mm范围内,传感器信号输出可靠.该转速传感器灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、电路简单、成本较低,可适用于低速和高速的齿轮转速测量.

【Abstract】 A gear rotational speed measuring sensor based on magneto resistive was introduced.It measures the rotational speed of the ferromagnetism gear with the principle of magneto-resistance effect.Ferromagnetism gears with different rotational speed were measured in the experiment.The experimental result shows that the performance of the sensor is stable in the frequency range of 0-150 Hz,and its output is reliable within the security distance of five millimeters.The sensor has high sensitivity and high anti-interference ability.Furthermore,it has simple structure and low cost.It adapts for the high and low rotational speed of the ferromagnetism gear.
