目的:探讨膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤的临床诊断、治疗方法及术后随访。方法:回顾性分析12例膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤患者的临床资料。结果:患者接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of the bladder tumor,TURBT)及定期膀胱灌注化疗、膀胱镜复查,随访3~36月,均未复发。结论:IPB为良性尿路上皮肿瘤,诊断依赖膀胱镜检及活检病理,TURBT是其标准手术治疗方式,术后需规范膀胱局部化疗及定期膀胱镜复查。

Objective: To investigate the approaches to clinical diagnosis and treatment of inverted papilloma in the urinary bladder. Methods: The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 12 cases of nverted papilloma of urinary bladder. Results: The 12 patients received transurethral resection of the bladder tumor( TURBT) followed by intravescical chemotherapy.
