【摘要】 目的探讨CDX2在胃癌组织中的表达情况并研究其与MMP2的相关性,及其对胃癌预后的影响。方法收集新鲜胃癌组织标本60例,应用免疫组化检测CDX2蛋白和MMP2蛋白在不同病理类型胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果在本实验收集的胃癌组织中CDX2蛋白及MMP2蛋白的表达阳性率分别为65%和70%。且二者的表达水平与胃癌的分化程度、T分期及淋巴结转移情况有关;二者均可影响胃癌的预后,且二者的表达之间呈负相关关系。结论 CDX2及MMP2蛋白在胃癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用,CDX2可抑制胃癌的浸润和转移,而MMP2则促进胃癌的浸润及转移。联合检测二者在胃癌中的表达对于分析胃癌的恶性程度并判断预后有很高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate CDX2 expression in gastric cancer and its correlation with MMP2, and its effect on prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods collect 60 samples fresh gastric cancer tissues, and examine expression of CDX2 and MMP2 protein in different pathological types of gastric cancer by immunohistochemical method. Results positive rate of CDX2 and MMP2 protein expression in gastric cancer tissues collected in the experiment was 65% and 70% respectively, and their expression levels were related to differentiation degree of gastric cancer, T staging and lymph node metastasis. The two factors can affect gastric cancer prognosis, and their expressions were negatively correlated. Conclusion CDX2 and MMP2 protein play an important role in occurrence and development of gastric cancer. CDX2 inhibits invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, while MMP2 promotes it. Combined examination of their expressions in gastric cancer has high clinical value for analyzing malignancy degree and prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
