微创经皮钢板内固定技术在胫骨骨折治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的研究并评价微创经皮钢板内固定技术在胫骨骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法对在我院通过CT诊断确诊为胫骨骨折的95例患者进行调查,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组和观察组患者分别采用锁定钢板内固定术和微创经皮钢板内固定技术进行治疗。对两组患者手术中切口大小、出血量情况、术后是否出现并发症以及康复后综合行动状况进行跟踪记录。结果观察组和对照组相比愈合时间较短,手术出血量较少,手术切口较小,术后患者行动能力恢复速度快且骨折愈合优良率较高。结论微创经皮钢板内固定技术以其对胫骨骨折患者身体损伤小、治愈率高的优点,对胫骨骨折治疗方法的改进产生了重大的影响,该技术在医学上的应用为胫骨骨折患者带来了福音。

【Abstract】 Objective To study and evaluate effect of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis internal fixation in treatment of tibial fractures. Methods carry on investigation on 95 cases tibial fractures diagnosed by CT in our hospital, and randomly divide them into control and the observation group. The control and observation group were treated with locking plate fixation and minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis internal fixation respectively. Track and record two groups with incision size, amount of bleeding, postoperative complications and comprehensive movement after rehabilitation. Results compared with control group, observation group has shorter healing time, less amount of bleeding, smaller operative incision, and faster postoperative recovery and better fracture healing rate. Conclusions minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis internal fixation has advantages of small physical damage and high cure rate in treating tibial fracture, which has significant impact and improvment on tibial fracture treatment, its application brought gospel to patients with tibial fracture.
