【摘要】 目的研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对临床I期子宫内膜癌浸润深度与手术病理T分期的准确程度和价值。方法选择2014年1月到2015年1月份期间在我院进行治疗的108例临床I期子宫内膜癌患者,对所选患者进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查(TVCDS),根究检查结果判断患者的子宫内膜癌浸润深度,并且与手术病理T分期的结果进行对照研究。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查与手术病理T分期的结果符合者79例,总复合率为73.2%。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查可以作为临床I期子宫内膜癌浸润深度以及手术病理T分期的预测方法,其减产的影像结果为患者的治疗方案,术式选择以及远期预后均具有重要的意义,具有临床推广的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study accuracy and value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography for invasion depth of clinical stage I endometrial carcinoma and T staging of surgical pathology. Methods choose 108 cases patients with clinical stage I endometrial carcinoma in our hospital from 2014 January to January 2015, and carry on transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS) for all patients. Determine invasion depth of endometrial carcinoma according to check results and carry on controlled study on T staging of surgical pathology. Results results of 79 cases with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and T staging of surgical pathology were in accordance, total recombination rate was 73.2%. Conclusion transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can be used as prediction method of clinical stage I endometrial carcinoma and T staging of surgical pathology, imaging results showed great significance for treatment therapy, choice of operation and long-term prognosis, which has clinical application value.更多还原
