【摘要】 目的观察和分析外伤性大面积缺血性脑梗塞的各种危害性风险因素。方法选择我院2010年2月至2013年2月收治的38例外伤性大面积缺血性卒中患者作为临床实验组,同期未合并大面积缺血性卒中手术治疗患者38例作为临床对照组,两组患者在治疗过程中先进行单因素外伤性大面积缺血性卒中的危害因素分析,再通过Logistic(临床多因素疾病分析方法)对患者外伤引起的缺血性卒中危险因素情况进行全面性的分析。结果单因素分析显示,实验组患者与对照组患者的年龄、术前脑疝、伤后止血药应用、术前高血压、术前凝血功能异常等情况差异显著且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic多因素分析显示,术前脑疝、术前高血压、年龄、伤后止血要应用以及外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血等因素都可能导致患者出现外伤性大面积缺血性脑梗塞的危害性疾病症状。结论在我国今后的临床医学领域,医护工作者理应更加关注老年患者的病情变化情况,通过切实有效手段对患者血压进行控制,有效预防危害性疾病症状的出现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and analyze the risk factors of traumatic cerebral infarction in large area. Methods: 38 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were selected as the clinical experimental group, and two cases of patients with large area of ischemic stroke were treated as the control group. The risk factors of ischemic stroke in patients with ischemic stroke were analyzed by Logistic(clinical multi factor analysis method). Results: univariate analysis showed that patients in the experimental group and the control of age, injury, cerebral hernia before surgery patients after application of hemostatic drugs, preoperative hypertension, preoperative blood coagulation abnormalities and significant difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that may lead to patients with traumatic large area ischemic cerebral infarction disease symptoms and harm of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage and other factors to stop bleeding cerebral hernia before operation, preoperative hypertension, age, injury. Conclusion: in our country in the future clinical medicine field, medical workers should pay more attention to the condition of the elderly patients, through effective means to control the patient’s blood pressure, effectively prevent the symptoms of the disease.更多还原
