【摘要】 目的探讨"高举平台法"在固定血液透析管道中的应用。方法选取我院2013年1月—2013年7月采用高举平台双固定法对血液透析管路进行固定的45例患者和2013年之前的采用普通固定法固定血液透析管路的36例患者进行对照。观察比较两组患者管道固定效果、管道压疮发生率、管道脱出率、患者的舒适度。结果高举平台固定法比普通固定法在固定血路管时更为牢固,且管路不易打折扭曲,对皮肤造成的压迫较小,又降低了管道脱出和胶布松脱的发生率,也减轻了因病人改变体位时引起的牵扯疼痛。结论 "高举平台法"在固定血液透析管道是一种简便易行的方法,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application of the "high platform method" in the fixed hemodialysis pipeline.Methods:45 patients with fixed hemodialysis pipeline and 36 patients with normal fixed hemodialysis were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2013.The patients were compared between the two groups to observe the effect of fixed pipeline,pipeline,pipeline pressure ulcer incidence rate,patient comfort.Results:holding platform fixed as compared to the ordinary fixed method more solid in the fixed trail tube and pipeline is not easy to distort the discount,oppression to the skin caused by the smaller,but also reduce the removal rate of pine in pipe extrusion and tape,but also reduce the involved changing the patient’s position caused by pain.Conclusion: "holding high platform method" is a simple and feasible method in the fixed hemodialysis pipeline.It is worth promoting.更多还原
