【摘要】 目的:研究吗替麦考酚酯治疗难治性狼疮性肾炎31例临床疗效。方法:选择我院2013年5月至2015年5月期间来我院接受治疗的难治性狼疮性肾炎患者31例作为本次研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同,随机将31例患者分为对照组(n=15例)以及研究组(n=16例)两个小组,对照组给予患者一般环磷酰胺的方式进行治疗,研究组患者则采用吗替麦考酚酯进行药物治疗,疗程结束后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察以及比较。结果:通过不同方式的治疗后,两组患者的临床症状均得到了有效的改善,但研究组患者尿蛋白定量、血清ALB、补体C3、CRP以及ESR的指标明显优于对照组患者;两组数据差异明显,有统计学意义,(p<0.05)。结论:本文选取吗替麦考酚酯治疗难治性狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效显著,治疗效果明显优于一般的环磷酰胺,值得在临床上广泛推广与使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study clinical curative effect of the treatment for 31 patients with lupus nephritis by mycophenolate mofetil.Methods:from May 2013 to May 2015 31 patients with refractory lupus nephritis in our hospital as the research objects,according to the different methods of treatment,31 patients were randomly divided into control group(n = 15) and study group(n = 16),Patients with the control group given general cyclophosphamide,patients with study group is given mycophenolate mofetil,after treatment,to observe and compare the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results:after treatment in different ways,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were effective,but the study patients with urinary protein,serum ALB,Complement C3 CRP and ESR index was better than the control group patients;The difference of two groups data is obvious,there is statistical significance,(p < 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical curative effect of the treatment of refractory lupus nephritis with mycophenolate mofetil is significantly better than the general cyclophosphamide,it is worth to be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
