【摘要】 目的总结胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的护理方法及效果。方法采用回顾性分析法对2009年至2014年收治的32例肝硬化并食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者的临床资料加以分析,总结胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的护理方法及效果。结果 32例患者治疗治疗过程顺利,止血率达100%。结论完善的护理是保证食管静脉曲张套扎术成功的关键,是减少术后并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing method and effect of endoscopic esophageal varices ligation.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding treated in our hospital from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.To summarize the nursing method and effect of endoscopic esophageal varices ligation.Results 32 patients were treated successfully,and the rate of hemostasis was 100%.Conclusion perfect nursing is the key to ensure the success of esophageal varices ligation,and is the key to reduce the complications.更多还原
