【摘要】 目的观察分析巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2012年6月至2014年10月收治的38例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各19例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予巴曲酶治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率及纤维蛋白原含量均显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用巴曲酶治疗的临床疗效显著,可有效提高患者质量,值得临床广泛应用及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observation and analysis of the clinical effect of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with ba.Method 38 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and19 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,cases of acute ischemic stroke were selected from October ~2014.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with BA in the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group and the content of fibrinogen were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke in patients with the clinical efficacy of significant,can effectively improve the quality of patients,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
