【摘要】 目的为有效防止基层医院院内感染的发生,尽可能避免供应室工作人员意外暴露。方法全面客观分析基层医院供应室工作中存在的隐患,加强供应室工作人员的素质培养,加强再生物品环节的质量管理,完善各项监测管理制度。结果供应室工作人员责任心与质量意识明显提高,科室管理逐步走向常规化、制度化、规范化,确保医疗安全质量。结论供应室工作中及时发现各环节存在的安全隐患并及时采取防范措施,绝大部分事故是可以避免的。随着护理学科的发展和法律制度的健全,如何加强供应室安全管理已成为现代供应室管理者研究的重要课题。供应室安全管理是反映院内控制感染的最有效依据,是保护患者得到良好护理和优质服务的基础,对维护医院正常工作秩序和社会治安起到至关重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prevent from the nosocomial infection in the primary hospital and to avoid accidental exposure to the staff of the supply room as far as possible. Methods To overall analyze the potential problems in the supply room of the basic hospital, strengthen the quality training of the staff in the supply room, improve the quality management of the regeneration items, and perfect the monitoring management system. Results The responsibility and quality of staff in supply room were significantly improved, and the management of the Department has become routine, institutionalized and standardized. Conclusion In the supply room, it is possible to avoid the potential safety hazards and to take preventive measures in time. With the development of nursing discipline and the perfection of the legal system, how to strengthen the safety management of supply room has become an important research topic of modern supply room management. Supply room safety management is the most effective basis for the control of nosocomial infection, and the basis for protecting patients with good care and confortable service, which plays a vital role in maintaining the normal working order and social order.更多还原
