【摘要】 目的研究并探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的CT诊断与临床鉴别诊断情况,并分析其应用价值。方法选取我院自2012年5月至2014年12月期间收治的25例疑似胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者作为研究对象,将所有患者先进行CT诊断,将CT诊断结果与最终临床诊断结果进行比较。结果由统计结果可得,CT诊断法诊断胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的准确率较高,与最终临床诊断结果相比,组间差异较小(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的CT诊断效果良好,值得在临床上广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to study and discuss the pancreas solid- false papilloma of CT diagnosis and clinical differential diagnosis, and analyzes its application value. Methods select our hospital from May 2012 to December 2014, admitted during the period of 25 cases of suspected pancreatic solid- false papilloma patients as the research object, all the patients first CT diagnosis, CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis. Results by statistical results, CT diagnosis method in the diagnosis of pancreas solid- false papilloma accuracy is higher, compared with the final clinical diagnosis, little differences between groups(P > 0.05), not statistically significant.
