【摘要】 目的对产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常的临床应用意义进行分析和探讨。方法选择2013年3月至2014年4月我院收治的40例胎儿肾脏发育异常的产妇作为研究对象,对其进行产前超声检查,并对超声诊断的符合率和超声表现进行分析。结果 经产前超声诊断发现,共有肾脏发育异常的胎儿39例,产前超声诊断的符合率高达97.50%,其中有5例肾脏发育不全胎儿,9例肾脏发育不良胎儿,12例肾积水胎儿及13例多囊肾胎儿。结论产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常具有显著的临床应用价值,具有较高的诊断率,值得推广应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to the clinical application of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal renal dysplasia significance was analyzed and discussed. Methods in March 2013 to April 2014 our hospital 40 cases of fetal renal dysplasia of maternal as the research object, on the prenatal ultrasound, and the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and sonographic findings were analyzed. The Results found that the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of renal dysplasia of 39 cases of fetus, prenatal ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate is as high as 97.50%, including 5 cases of renal dysplasia fetal, 9 cases of renal dysplasia fetal, 12 cases of hydronephrosis and 13 cases of fetus fetus polycystic kidney.
