【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病患者胰腺体积与血清C肽水平的相关性。方法:选取2007年6月-2013年6月我院接诊的120例糖尿病患者以及行腹部CT检查的正常体检者作为研究对象,所有资料分为3组:A组为正常对照组;B组为1型糖尿病组(胰岛素依赖型糖尿病组);C组为2型糖尿病组(非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病组)。通过CT测量每例患者的胰腺体积,根据患者的体表面积计算出每单位体表面积的胰腺体积,并分析血清C肽水平与单位体表面积的胰腺体积的关系。结果:糖尿病组患者的平均胰腺体积以及单位体表面积的胰腺体积明显小于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);且1型糖尿病患者的胰腺体积小于2型糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。每单位体表面积的胰腺体积与糖尿病病程、年龄(均呈负线性相关,与体重指数呈正线性相关。糖尿病患者空腹及餐后2小时血清C肽水与每单位体表面积的胰腺体积均具有正相关性。结论:腹部CT测量出的胰腺体积大小可在一定程度上反应胰腺β细胞的功能,可为影像学分析评价糖尿病病情及临床治疗提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between pancreatic volume and serum C peptide level in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:Between 2007 June and 2013 June,in our hospital 120 cases with diabetes and 60 cases with normal physical examination for abdominal CT examination from our hospital were included in this study,all participants were divided into 3 groups:normal control group for group.A;the type 1 diabetes mellitus group for group B(insulin dependent diabetes group);and type 2 diabetes group for group C(non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus group).The pancreatic volume for each patient were measured by CT,the pancreatic volume per unit of the surface area was also calculted according to the patient’s body surface area,and the relationship between body surface area and serum C peptide level and unit of the pancreatic volume was analyzed.Results the average pancreatic volume and pancreatic volume per unit of the surface area was significantly smaller in patients with diabetes mellitus than in patients from normal control group(P<0.05);and the relative pancreatic volume was smaller in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus than the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was negatively and linearly related between the pancreatic volume per unit of the surface area and duration of diabetes and age,and showed a postively linear correlation between the pancreatic volume per unit of the surface area and body mass index.Serum C peptide and the pancreatic volume per unit of the surface area have positive correlation.Conclusion The pancreatic volume measured by abdominal CT can react pancreatic beta cell function to a certain extent,which can provide guidance for the imaging analysis and evaluation of diabetes and clinical treatment.更多还原
