医院获得性嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌下呼吸道感染48例临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨医院获得性嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌下呼吸道感染的危险因素、临床分布及其药物敏感性。方法回顾性分析48例医院获得性嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌下呼吸道感染者的临床资料及细菌培养结果。结果 48例患者主要分布在重症监护病房(ICU)、呼吸科、神经外科。其中以慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)最为常见。药敏结果显示:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对碳青霉烯类、青霉素类、氨基甙类高度耐药,对米诺环素、磺胺甲噁唑-甲氧苄啶、左氧氟沙星、头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、头孢他定较敏感。结论嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种广谱抗生素具有高度耐药性,应根据药敏结果合理选择抗菌素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors, distribution and drug-sensitivity of hospital-acquired Stenotrophmomas maltophilia infection of lower respiratory tract. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data and bacterial culture results of 48 cases of hospital-acquired Stenotrophmomas maltophilia infection of lower respiratory tract. Results 48 patients were mainly distributed in the ICU(ICU), Department of respiration, Department of neurosurgery. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is the most common. Drug sensitivity results showed that eosinophil malt narrow food single cell bacteria to carbapenems vinyl, penicillins, amino glucoside kind of highly resistant, minocycline, trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim, levofloxacin and cefoperazone sulbactam, ceftazidime he is sensitive. Conclusion addicted to malt narrow food Aeromonas has high resistance to broad-spectrum antibiotics should be based on the drug sensitivity results to reasonably choose antibiotics.
