【摘要】 目的检测Survivin在不同胃癌组织中表达,分析Survivin表达与临床病理特征的相关性及其对预后的影响。方法应用免疫组化法检测34例胃癌标本中Survivin的表达,并结合临床病理特征及随访资料进行分析。采用四格表Chi-square检验和Fisher确切概率法分析Survivin在不同组织类型胃癌中的表达是否有差异;采用Spearman进行等级相关分析,分析Survivin表达与临床病理特征的相关性,采用Kaplan-Meier法和Log-rank检验进行生存期分析,分析Survivin分别表达对胃癌术后患者无病生存期及总生存期的影响。结果在34例胃癌组织中Survivin表达为阳性者为21例(61.8%),在不同组织类型的胃癌中表达无差异。Survivin的表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移、临床分期有关,Survivin表达阳性的患者无病生存期及中位生存期均显著低于表达阴性者。结论 Survivin的表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期相关。在胃癌中的表达与组织学类型无关。Survivin阳性表达者生存期劣于阴性表达者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective examine expression of Survivin for different tissue of gastric cancer, analyze relativity of Survivin expression and clinical pathological features and its influence to prognosis. Method apply immunohistochemical method to examine expression of Survivin of 34 cases gastric cancer specimen, and carry on analysis to interview materials combining clinical pathological features. Use fourfold table Chi-square and Fisher exact propability to check the difference of Survivin expression in different tissue type of gastric cancer. Use Spearman to analyze related grades for relativity of Survivin expression and clinical pathological features. Use Kaplan-Meier and Log-rank examination method to analyze survival period for influence of Survivin respective expression to survival period without disease and total survival perpiod of patients after gastric cancer operation. Result there are 21 cases(61.8%) patients with positive Survivin expression among 34 cases gastric cancer tissue, which shows no difference among expression of different types of gastric cancer tissue. Expression of Survivin has relations with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and clinical stage. And survival period without disease and median survival time of positive Survivin expression of patients is remarkably lower than that of negative expression patients. Conclusion Expression of Survivin has relations with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage. Its expression in gastric cancer has no relations with hyphology types, and survival period of positive Survivin Expression patients are less than those of negative expression.更多还原
